The only thing I have experienced here is Erik, the chiropractor. I've visited him twice so far & left with a smile on my face both times. Very informative and friendly on how I can stretch or build my upper back to avoid stiffness in my back. Made me feel comfortable and just appreciated his helpfulness in my adjustment

It's a great place to go for personal training, And if your health insurance covers it, it's great but if it doesn't its on the expenses side but less then if you went to equinox gym and got personal training.

Lemon balm is a great ally for healthy brain funct Lemon balm is a great ally for healthy brain function, and it also helps to gently lift the spirit. If you're sitting down for a big study or work session, and you're hoping for a refreshing drink to support your focus, then this recipe by blogger, Katie O' Conner may just be the ticket.⁠ ⁠ Ingredients (yields 1 pitcher):⁠ • 2 cups filtered water, plus more to fill⁠ • 4 tbsp dried lemon balm⁠ • 1 3/4 raw honey (less if you prefer less sweetness)⁠ • Ice to fill⁠ • 2 cups lemon juice⁠ ⁠ Directions: ⁠ • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.⁠ • Turn off heat and add lemon balm to water. Let steep, covered for 10-20 minutes before straining into a large heat proof glass jar or pitcher.⁠ • Add honey to the jar and stir until dissolved.
