The only thing I have experienced here is Erik, the chiropractor. I've visited him twice so far & left with a smile on my face both times. Very informative and friendly on how I can stretch or build my upper back to avoid stiffness in my back. Made me feel comfortable and just appreciated his helpfulness in my adjustment

Top notch fitness training, excellent Sports ChiropractorAcupuncture is the best I've ever had. Massage is really excellent to. Leave refreshed and confident your well taken care of.

It's a great place to go for personal training, And if your health insurance covers it, it's great but if it doesn't its on the expenses side but less then if you went to equinox gym and got personal training.

Im happy to be back with my awesome trainer jazzi thanks for kicking our butts getting us fit. Love the gym has all kind of equipment cant wait to learn about them and statt using them!
