Service Highlight: We’re a service vendor for Blue Ridge Academy

We are an approved service vendor with Blue Ridge Academy, a public charter school for homeschooled children (TK – 12th grade). Families who are currently enrolled can place service order requests through their ordering system!
Exercise is beneficial for growing children because it supports their physical, mental, and emotional development. Check out some of the key benefits:

April brings a variety of fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eating seasonal fruits and vegetables means fresher flavors, better nutrition, and more sustainability! Here’s a list of produce typically in season during this month:

Hand Towel Replacement

The building has been experiencing recurring plumbing issues, occasionally impacting our operations by limiting restroom accessibility. We appreciate management’s prompt response in addressing these concerns. To help prevent future plumbing blockages caused by improperly disposed paper towels, hand dryers have been installed in all restrooms as a mandatory replacement. We believe this change will contribute to a long-term solution for maintaining the facility’s plumbing system.

By adopting mindful habits and practical strategies, we can reduce stress levels and improve our overall well-being.
Recognizing the Signs of Stress Stress affects everyone differently, but common symptoms include irritability, anxiety, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and physical tension. When left unchecked, chronic stress can contribute to serious health conditions such as high blood pressure, weakened immunity, and mental health disorders. Acknowledging stress is the first step toward managing it effectively.
Simple and Effective Stress Management Techniques
- Prioritize Self-Care – Taking care of yourself is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Engage in activities that bring you joy, such as reading, painting, or spending time in nature.
- Exercise Regularly – Physical activity is one of the best ways to relieve stress. Even a short walk or a quick home workout can boost mood and reduce tension.
