2 Drinking glasses
- 3 spinach cubes frozen spinach in ice cube tray
- 1 banana frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
- 1 scoop protein powder flavor of your choice
- 2 cups non dairy milk
Add three frozen spinach cubes into blender or blender cup.
Add all berries and banana into blender or blender cup.
Add the scoop of protein powder.
Lastly, fill blender or blender cup with non dairy milk.
